PSALMS 90:12
God has so designed the world, that He has made change a constant and made the determinant of change variables. God also made what change outputs variables. Change is something responsible for growth- change in height, change in stature, change in the way we think, change in age and, even change in friends. The popular saying says twenty children can't be friends for twenty years, it's rarely possible. One wisdom you get from numbering your day is, to know that a day is coming that you will be referred to as late. So, numbering your days makes you understand that you are some steps towards the time you will be referred to as late-some step towards the grave. And you know anyone referred to as late is either burning in hell or enjoying in heaven. So, numbering your days also makes you understand that if I refuse to accept JESUS(The way, the TRUTH, the LIFE) and do his commandments before the time of my exit out of this world, then I will burn in hell. hear this, there's no two way to heaven. If you don't have the way, the TRUTH, the life, then you should know that if you leave this world without JESUS you are going to burn in hell. So in the next paragraphs we want to see how we can number our days, so we can understand that we are some steps towards the grave- to apply them unto wisdom.
Comparing the present with the past I
One way we can do this is to compare the pictures you took some years back to the once you take presently, or the once you took some days back to the once you took today. You know, when you see your face in the present picture looking more matured and you know, a little squeezed, you know that you are going close the time you will be referred to as or called late. Then you can now tell yourself clearly that <"i'm now heading to the place of the dead”. So you know expressly, that after you get to the place of the dead, the next event is judgment and after that event is either you are in hell or in heaven. So numbering your days gives the wisdom that pushes you to ask yourself " Where will I spend my eternity.
Comparing the present with the past II
Another way you can number your days so you can apply it unto wisdom is, comparing what you could do in time past with what you can do now. This simply means checking how long you can work now with how you could in some years back that is, how long and fast you could work some years back and how long and fast you can work now. This reminds you of what is called *old age* which is the very close period in the journey to the place of the dead. When you consider this in your journey of life it makes you think and ask yourself, "where will I be after my death?”
PSALMS90:12
Birthdays
Another very popular way you can number your days so you can apply it unto wisdom is, counting years you've spent on the face of the earth(celebrating birthday). As good as the celebrating of birthdays is when it's applied unto wisdom, it's also in the other hand bad if applies unto foolishness. Why did I say so? Oh! Why I said so? That's no big question. Everyone knows that this birthday issue has being taken with all seriousness by many teenagers, But, the big question is, is their seriousness with this birthday applied unto wisdom or foolishness? I discovered that most teenagers life was ruined on their birthday. Even, some of them eternal and earthly destinies were truncated on that same birthday, which was a style designed to number days so it can be applied unto wisdom. Birthday should be a day when a thorough review is done in a man's life. It should be a day when you reason and say to yourself "I'm going close to the place of the dead in my journey of life!”. And ask yourself this important question "what happens after my death, would I be in hell or heaven, what good will be spoken of me? ”.
In conclusion, numbering our days reminds us that everytime is very valuable, every action has its effect, every work has its reward, every word has its repercussion.
Furthermore, If can please GOD all the days of your life, great!. If you can use the days of your life judiciously in righteousness, oh wonderful!
