(2435) Stop Your Mind From Racing If you're in bed and your mind starts racing, the best thing to do is to focus on your physical body. Start thinking about the weight of your blanket, the softness of your pillow, feel your toes wiggle, etc. This will help put your mind at ease, and you'll get to sleep much easier. (2436) Apple's New Fitness Subscription Service My Apple Watch just finished updating this morning and I saw there is a new subscription service for $9/month called Fitness+. Well, although I love tracking my workouts, steps, and calories burned throughout the day, there's a free alternative. The Nike Training Club (NTC) app made all of their workout programs completely free. They have pretty much the exact same features as Fitness+, and they work flawlessly with the Apple Watch. (2437) Never Be Told How To Feel In this digital age of ever lasting content, it can sometimes be hard to decipher the good journalism form the bad. What I've found over the years is that you can the bad articles/news pieces always tend to have an emotional cue in them. So if you're about to read anything that has a headline which tells you how to feel, take anything you read in it with a huge grain of salt.
